LAUNCH dealer held several product training in Balikpapan, Samarinda and Palembang. Most of participants came from workshops. Their daily routine is surrounded with car and how to solve the DTC of vehicle. LAUNCH products series give them a comprehensive solution. Each of the training is attached nearly 50 person customers to attend. LAUNCH taps their great potential to give our support to the markets.
LAUNCH dealer mainly made training for customers about X-431 scanner, CNC602A, lift and CAT501S. Besides, LAUNCH dealer also share the new system information about car repair with customers. In the support of LAUNCH sales manager, customers are more familiar with LAUNCH history and products line, thereby improving customer satisfaction.
In the final training, LAUNCH dealer arranged cars to make a demonstration in the scene by using X-431 PRO3, X-431 PRO and X-431 PADII scanner. The customers are interested in LAUNCH products and asked a lot of questions to our trainers. There is also an on-site promotion which provides an opportunity to support LAUNCH customers.
